Where to begin? Being asked to collaborate on this wedding was an honor. Alyse and her husband, Erik have been longtime friends of my family and it seemed only fitting that we would work together to create her lavish, sparkling Winter Wonderland Wedding.
After GLAM Beauty Bar and Rebecca Anderson of Copper Penny Salon finished up on our bridal party, it was time for a few photos. Skamania Lodge's main foyer and spectacular fireplace provided the perfect backdrop to capture eager smiles, warm moments, and those requisite few fun shots.
Bonnie with Bloomsbury Floral hung chandeliers rich in greenery and lit with soft fairy lights throughout the Skamania Ballroom to bring the Northwest indoors. Alyse entered, escorted by her Father, to the instrumental, "Tennessee" from the movie "Pearl Harbor".
After the ceremony, guests moved into the small foyer just outside the ballroom to indulge in drinks during cocktail hour. Upon entering the reception, Alyse and Erik opened up the night for celebration. Mr. ELive Productions was onsite to get the crowd dancing, and Skamania's mashed potato bar was a huge hit!
It was obvious that Alyse and Erik had a room full of people that supported and shared in their love for each other. Thanks for letting me be a part of your day!
