Previous AME associates have gone on to create/lead their own businesses, and we love nothing more than providing the support + resources to help make this possible.  

Job Requirements

• Able to lift 25-30 lbs. occasionally on your own

• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time; events average 12+ hours and go into the late evening

• Able to work outdoors/in the elements

• Must have reliable transportation to/from events, valid driver’s license, and car insurance

• Must be fully vaccinated (1st dose, 2nd dose, both boosters)

• Excellent verbal + written communication

• Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of event attendees and vendors in a professional manner

• Heart for service and seeing others happy

• Ability to manage conflict, pivot quickly, and think on your feet as needed

Experience Desired, but not required

• Previous wedding and/or event experience

• Previous styling experience

Rate of Pay

• $25/hr on event days + paid mileage to and from events

• Hot Meal provided at day-of events during dinner service
