She loves to be behind the scenes helping bring your day to life! In her free time she loves drinking bubble tea, eating sweet treats and adventuring outdoors with her fam and dog.

Sheryl resides in Scotland, and is the organisational powerhouse, queen of automation, admin prodigy of AME and founder of GYST Virtual Assistance.
In July 2021, she started as a VA for creative business owners. In a nutshell – she + her team help you Get Your Sh*t Together.
Your vendors hear from Sheryl in the planning stages of your event, as she’s often behind-the-scenes conducting outreach and gathering proposals.
autumn
Autumn’s namesake is also her favorite season. Born and raised in Southern California, she recently moved to the beautiful PNW and couldn't be happier. Autumn loves hiking, trying new restaurants, doing puzzles, going to concerts, and binge watching RuPaul's Drag Race with her new fiancé! She’s currently employed at Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District in Beaverton, but planning and coordinating is where her heart is at!
katie
Katie is an artist and adventurer who is enthralled with the joy of the simple beauties in life: the first hummingbird of spring, the way a dog smiles when their person comes into view, colors dancing on the horizon, and elegant table settings. She just left the tech industry in search of a place where passion and skill meet. Entering into planning and coordinating, specifically the space dedicated to creating personalized expressions of a couple's love, seems like the perfect fit. Katie looks forward to bringing thoughtful care and support to each event in individualized ways.

Jordan (she/they) is a lover of good food, good travels, and good company. She grew up in the Midwest, but recently left the bitter winters for better views and the opportunity to live closer to friends. They have been in the childcare world for over 3 years and love taking care of families, easing their every day chaos, and creating special moments. She hopes to translate her love for caring for others and creating lasting memories into your magical event!
